What to expect
We will spend the first ten minutes talking before anyone touches your hair. Bring a photo if you have one, and be honest about how much time you will spend on it at home.
The salon is on the ground floor with a step-free door, and there is a quiet chair at the back if a busy room is difficult for you. Just say when you book.
