A standard parcel holds about three days of food for the household size you tell us. Let us know about allergies, a missing fridge, or no way to cook, and we will pack around it.

- Fresh fruit and vegetables when we have them
- Tea, coffee, and long life milk
- Nappies, formula, and toiletries on request
